1. License scope and computer binding
Each QuantumHub plan entitles you to activate the desktop application on one computer at a time. Workspaces, accounts, and tasks can be backed up and transferred using encrypted file exports.
2. Subscription billing and cancellation
Subscriptions bill monthly and renew automatically to ensure uninterrupted task execution. You can cancel at any time through the customer portal. Cancelling stops future charges while preserving access through the end of the paid billing period.
3. Free trials
Free trials are limited to one per account and one per physical machine. Starting a trial grants full tier access for the duration specified without requiring payment details up front.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use QuantumHub responsibly in accordance with platform policies, safety limits, and rate-limiting guardrails built into the client software.
