1. On-device data architecture
QuantumHub is built around local-first execution. Account passwords, authentication cookies, session tokens, and automated action logs are encrypted and stored directly on your computer. We do not transmit or store your account credentials on cloud servers.
2. Information collected
When you purchase a plan or use the customer portal, we process your account email address, billing status, and license activation records to verify access. Telemetry sync sends only aggregate counts of saved profiles and client build versions to provide fleet visibility.
3. Payment processing
Payment details for card purchases are securely handled by our billing provider, Lemon Squeezy, using PCI Level 1 compliance. We never store full credit card numbers or banking secrets.
